3/13/2008-Trash Compactor Manufacturer announces change in ownership
Wastepack system announces that they are under new ownership. New company name is Fox Compactors, Inc. Wastepack Systems was previously owned by Anthony Fox and has been manufacturing waste compacting systems since the early 1970’s.
3/13/2008 Trash Compactor manufacturer announces new product offering in cardboard baling
Fox Compactors announces the release of the new 4800 Brute Power Baler. This baler gives 35,000 lbs of compaction force with a footprint of 56"x28. This baler offers the advantage that the front door opens vertically. This will allow it to be placed in areas that do not have a lot of space. Most cardboard compactor balers have to allow room for the door to swing open to remove the cardboard. This baler is mounted on casters and can be moved around by hand. This will also be able to be pushed through normal door openings.
9/15/2007 - Fox Wastepack Systems to be exhibiting at up-coming trade shows.
Fox Wastepacksystems, a manufacturer of commercial waste compactors for the food service industry and compactors/ cardboard balers has announced its plans to display at the following trade shows:
- NAFAM Georgia; October 11th to 13th.
- KFC Franchise Association, Arizona; October 14th to 17th
- Dairy Queen Great Plains Convention, Minnesota; October 28th to 30th.
- International Hotel/Motel and Restaurants show, New York; November 10th -13th
Fox Wastepack Systems will be displaying their new Model 1600 automatic talking trash compactor and its Model 24-30 Packer & Baler at all those shows.

There are literally tens of thousands of these compactors in use today.”
The Model 1600 Talking Compactor is designed to help food service companies such as fast food restaurants or cafeterias to efficiently manage its waste. One of the best features about the 1600 is that it eliminates double handling of compacted waste.
The Model 24-30 is designed for backroom operations where large volumes of waste needs to be compacted and also where cardboard needs to be baled. This dual function machine saves floor space and the need to purchase two separate machines.
Fox Wastepack Systems was founded in 2002 by Anthony Fox, the original inventor of the waste handling systems in 1971. Since then, over 200,000 compaction systems have been sold. The company is privately owned and is located in Bloomington Minnesota
